2:35:00 i still believes that answer is exogenous glucocorticoid use because ACTH low is seen in both exogenous steroids abd adrenal adenoma and we differentiate by CT/MRI and que saying that they are unremarkable which means exogenous is answer and 2 nd point in support of exogenous is H/O Rheumatoid Arthritis
I think it should be rechecked
Because the cortisol level are total serums cortisol levels which are increased , not only the endogenous serum cortisol.....
So the explanation by sir is not satisfactory....

Struvite stones are what formed in alkaline urine
Probenecid increases uric acid excretion in urine lead to precipitation of uric acid stones or nephropathy
