this was a beautiful experience. I’ve felt really distracted lately and really wanted to strengthen my connection to my ancestors and meet them! My body fell so deeply into the meditation I actually stopped hearing your words and fell asleep. When my mind awoke my body was still asleep and I could see a bright light. I’m gonna try again and hopefully be able to visualize them! Thank you so much
I also got so deep into it I fell asleep but woke up still in the trance, I unfortunately didn’t see anything. I’ll try again
The meditation does make you go deep. I still fall asleep from time to time. Much happens when you're asleep. Sometimes we are not meant to consciously know everything that transpired. Sometimes you just come out of the deep sleep feeling content or peaceful. Different occurrences will happen with repetition. Thanks for sharing!
The experience you described is one who was Astral Traveling. I would definitely encourage you to seek guidance in that area as well.
Omg me I fell asleep and when I wake up I feel like I was being charged up like some is being attaching on me
I really wish I could meet my great-grandmother 😢 do you believe when we die we will be reunited with are ancestors I just need more hope from someone
So I’m not going to lie. This mediation was a lot for me to take in. I seen my grandmother who passed away 1 week ago. It was too fresh for me and too fast paced for me. For all my lightworkers, it is ok to go at your own pace. Don’t rush it. Your ancestors wait patiently for you when your ready ✨🙏🏾 Love & Light
My deepest condolences on the loss of your grandmother. I totally understand. Seeing her in the ancestral ream so soon is very emotional. I can imagine she was wanting to see you to let you know she is very much alright! You have made a very good point here. Connecting with the recently deceased loved ones can be challenging for some. I would recommend in the future that anyone with a very close loved one who has recently departed be cautious as to whether or not they are ready to see them. You have taught me something with your sharing. I pray for your strength and healing during this difficult time.
I broke down in tears this is so powerful! I met all of my ancestors. I was greeted at the gate with familiar faces which made me very comfortable. once they guided me deeper into the valley, It was so many of them that they started looking like ants crowding in around me. They were all dressed in black, I couldn’t recognize most faces but I greeted each one with respect. They gave me hope that things will get better even though it’s hard right now and alot of knowledge that I won’t speak on but I’m forever grateful for! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I’m beginning to relax more during this guided meditation and I keep seeing a white light. My third eye was tingling like crazy during this session. Though I didn’t see anything besides the light, I’m slowly overcoming my fears and just trust that I’m safe and protected ❤️
What is the white light
This was super intense. All I was “seeing” or visualizing (it’s hard to know which) was my grandmother. She passed when I was 9 and I am 24. I just hugged her and cried. So much has happened since she’s passed. I’ve definitely struggled with depression and loneliness, but I heard “You were never alone” and “I’m always here”. There were so many ancestors but I couldn’t see their faces. It was definitely comforting to know I wasn’t alone. Definitely tapped into that inner child and WHEW!
how did u see them in a dream ?
I saw my grandpa and just hugged him, he asked me "how's my son" I told him my dad was doing good and he just comforted me as I told him I wish I got to meet him
I am so very glad you were able to see your Grandmother!! I am also glad that she confirmed that you are never alone... It is so true. Such a beautiful and necessary reassurance. Whenever you are going through something and feeling particularly emotional, talk out loud to her. Then be still and listen. She will tell you exactly what you need to hear and know. When begin to tap into our ancestors by meditating and other ancestral reverence practices we feel them stronger and more often. They are very ready to support you always. Omg Thank you is it even possible for me to see a porch with 2 ppl sitting watching me walk threw a field full of 🌻? ...As I'm walking before I even walked passed the trees I saw this little lady with am apron on as I got closer I recognized my Grandmother from my father's side and started crying I almost messed up my concentration so I thought lol . it really wasn't much said we smiled and I told her I loved her and I'll be back .As I get to the bridge I felt a boom in my chest a very overwhelming feeling and with Two hands she presented me with a sunflower as I was on my way back..was tht her way of cleansing me? It's crazy bc my favorite flower is a 🌻. I'm also on a spiritual journey and setting up an ancestor altar as we speak 🙏🏾 Bless you 💜

I’ve been trying to connect with my ancestors for a while and this meditation really did the trick. The energy was so high and intense during my meditation that I felt a electric shock all through my body. Needless to say, my ancestors were realllllllly excited I finally connected with them. Havent had a meeting with my ancestors like this for a long time since my grandmother passed. She was the first one to see me. I cried so much during meditation but I was so glad to see her. I saw myself as a child again.

I have no words to describe how beautiful this experience was. I met with 3 ancestors, 2 of which I’d never met on the physical plane. Clearly meeting my grandmother for the very first time had me in tears. I can’t believe how clear the communication was between us all even though it was mainly energetic I could FEEL exactly what they meant. Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️❤️

This was an interesting experience. I met with my mother first. We hugged. But she led me to three people specifically. One man. He says he’s been following me closely. He apparently had a wife, 5 kids. One of them wasn’t his. And he was in love with a man.. and two elderly couple who claim they have been teaching me to grow up and led me to my current partner. They want me to become more family oriented and asked me to honor them through compassion towards the family. They felt so sweet.

Amazing 💛💚 and the thought of being cleaned by flowers by my Aunt who doesn't like flowers but knows how much I do was a beautiful experience. I usually go to a waterfall but I was there alone. At least I thought I was.
I was so excited to try this but I didn't experience anything 😕 I'm definitely going to try again. I love to meditate and I've been on a spiritual journey that has helped me once I left religion. My daily Affirmations and Manifestations are becoming my Truth and Reality. I'm beyond Grateful. I will definitely try this meditation again. Guided Meditation is my favorite.
Oh yes... do try in it again. Sometimes it takes a little while before things start to happen. Trust that your ancestors were there and did visit although you couldn't necessarily see or experience them this time. They are working on their side too, to get the connection together!

This was exactly what I needed right now! Thank you so much. 💓 I thought I had been awake, but I had fallen asleep and woke up just in time to hear the question about Ancestral traumas that are playing out, how to repair them and then receiving my gift. That's when I realized hiw much of the meditaion I had missed. I got exactly what I needed though! Thank you SO much!

Yes. Please continue. It's like building a muscle. The more you do it, the stronger and more fluid the experience gets. We are all at different points. Also, we all experience the Ancestors & Guides in our own way. Some of us receive more clearly with hearing, while others with seeing and then others with feeling and then others with a combination of them in varying strengths and degrees. Know that your way is the best way for you. Embrace it. Blessings on your journey!
So overwhelming I became so emotional after seeing the ancestors that I did remember only two presented themselves to me but that’s all I needed I feel so relieved

My Queen this meditation took me to a magical place. I was led to start my morning meditation with acknowledgement of my ancestors. I have felt a strong presence, seeing triple digits all around me daily unsure of who or what the message was. I was aligned with you and this beautiful experience. I just did this meditation, && I can remember everything that happen. I started on a dirt road on the left I saw a white swing chair hanging from the tree....... I started walking toward the trees, thru the trees, towards the bridge. I saw two images walking with me . When they walked with me across the bridge I saw a white image and two more ppl was with him . Then as I walked closer I saw more of my ancestors walking out the woods 😳. Then I walked up closer to the image standing at the end of the bridge I saw my GRANDAD (died in 95) uncle ( died in 04) and cousin ( died in 2014 ) soon as I saw them I cried . Please continue making more videos . I feel more content . I cried soo hard having to walk away from my grandad 😢😢

This is the best meditation every when she said deeper I fell asleep when I wake up I could feel their energy as if they where attaching to me for around 20 minutes wow
I am so grateful for you and your guidance to absolute relaxation and a serene voice of calm and protection. I always felt I had two spirit guides I could feel them holding my hands. I met a little cousin I heard about she was still young and she ran to me like we had grown up together, very loving. I saw all my ancestors I named accept two. And I felt the presence and shadows of all the others, I was sad I couldn’t see them out happy to feel their presence. Will definitely come back to this meditation. I loved this. Last thing I remember was going from a beach scene then to an open door which was held open by an African male in bright yellow tribunal clothing for me to walk in. Everything was bright and beautiful...I don't remember anything else after walking in...but walking up suddenly and startling myself upon waking... I desire so much to recall where I went for about 35 min...prayerfully they'll reveal in time...thanks for this... amazing

What a crazy experience! As soon as I saw the person I was trying to connect with I started losing track of time and “waking up” again as if time had passed and things had happened but I wasn’t sure what they were yet.
I feel so peaceful and rested, which is rare as I have chronic pain and I felt my pain momentarily pass.
It was like I was asleep but I wasn’t 😅
I got a lot of intuitive feelings and thoughts about what happened so cool
This is so beautiful and I've had a very vivid imagination, since I was a child. I was surrounded by MANY of my ancestors. I asked questions and asked for guidance on my journey. As soon as the meditation ended (but before the music stopped), still while laying down, sounds of rain began pouring on my roof. I imagined this to be the ancestral knowledge raining down on me. 🥰💛💛💛🥰

This really helped me connect with my grandfather after 2 years of unfortunately not being able to see him, on my journey i briefly met the lady who use to float outside of the room I use to sleep in, at the time my grandmother said it was one of my “great” grandmothers, as I learnt today she was correct, meeting her for that brief time brought me to a deeper comfort.
Speaking to my grandfather what only felt like 2 minutes was actually 20 minutes, we spoke about family which brought a tear to my eye and myself, he was pleased to see me, I cannot thank you enough 🙏💜
For anyone trying, give this time. Nothing is first try as I have learnt.

I was reassured every step of the way that all is well! And all our wise ancestors would seek guidance by imploring direction within our present and future by seeking from our past. My ancestors were in numbers, that of an army. All different shapes and sizes. Some warriors some regular people but every energy was loving, warm, inviting, happy, some more authoritative and powerful than others. Some spoke, others didn’t. I usually just call on them and speak to them considering I am the altar, the locus. Glad they led me to your video, family. Thank you 🙏🏾

I can’t stop crying after doing this! I was so scared before starting and now I feel like something deep moved within me. Thank you for this. It came to me in a perfect moment. I will keep doing it until I can connect better and better. I saw my grandfather in such a clear way. Is it possible that it was him but with different hairstyle? Both my loving grandmothers were there too. I’m stll crying!
