Always make sure to play bad moves to improve your rating. Ben's lessons are always the best, because he ask so little of people trying to learn.
Learning 20 moves of theory is hard, playing bad moves is something I can do.

Black made the mistake of playing against the london in the style of the French. He should have brought the Knight to f6, get the bishop out to f5 or g4 to trade it off, then play e6 to open the dark square bishop, and to put pawns on lightsquare. Perhaps even throw the move a6 in to prepare b5 and prevent Nb5.

Maybe I should learn more traps. Levy would be in my top three chess streamers, except my brain thinks his first name is Tax. I never beat a master with a trap. Once a high expert (rating high, not his condition during the game). It turns out that castling, then playing h6 to dislodge a piece on g5, isn't so good when uncastled white has a pawn on h4. I learned that pattern about two rounds earlier.

I did something like Qb6 too. Cant recommend. Just play boring, solid. Advance queenside pawns etc. Qb6 is debatable.

Qb6 doesn't do anything in this case since the knight will always come to d2 if Qxb2
