Out of all the stats in this ROM hack, I must admit that the two box stars were some of those I was the most excited to see. Partially because I know just how much of a challenge they already are compared to most of the other stars in the base game. I'm quite hopeful about the second box star, just because I saw that one already and it looked as difficult as I hoped it would have been made. I don't know what to think of the two Fluzzard levels. I must admit that I'm not very fond of such great openness, at least when you have nothing to do except long jumping for most of the level. To an extent, I'm kind of glad the silver stars add something to the level Besides that, I'm pretty excited for Abandoned Mines 1.
Doing 3 levels with the bird was not exciting to me; I wanted to do something more interesting. While it's true you have to long-jump for some part, you can just enjoy a level that you weren't able to ever see before - the Silver Stars were there to make it interesting ^^ The races are still there, if you want to see our boy da bird again :3c Abandoned Mines 1 is going to be fun!
@randomcatgirl Oh, I think I should precise thus. The Fluzzard levels have always been the bane of my existence in the base game. ROM hacks, as far as I've seen, tend to only proceed to make these levels more boring. This is part why I don't know what to think of the levels.
@@zenodreemurr2093 Yeah, fair enough; it's hard to really do anything with the bird tbh. Even the races were just made more tight, a bit harder, even if I wanted to do a Purple Coins in the air - maybe I will do that idea for my third mod, we will see ^^
