trip transfer switch wrong position alarm appears as an alert to the power system operator. If TTS switch kept at wrong position then due to any fault CB will not trip as a result LBB or other backup protection will operate resulting a large scale blackout which we should avoid.

The timer is for allowing an operator sufficient time, to manually change the isolator positions and to correctly put the NIT switch as per the selected bus.

during diversion process of load from main breaker to TBC breaker, both breaker creates parallel path. During this time switch should be kept in inter mode and both CB will be tripped to clear the fault.
