Dear friends generally 4 chemical used in purified water system
1 - NaOcl (sodium hypochlorite)
2- Na₂S₂O₅ (Sodium metabisulfite)or SMBS
3 - NaOH (sodium hydroxide)
4 - (NaPO₃)₆(Sodium hexametaphosphate)or antiscalant...
1- sodium hypochlorite ki doing raw water m bacteria killing + bacteria involve Na Ho es liye dozing krte hai .
2- SMBS ka work water main chlorine km krne ka kam krta hai ,chlorine (NaOcl ) ki dozing se bad jati h .chlorine hight hone pe ORP v hight ho jati hai jis wjh sw RO membrane pe side effect krta h or sath m EDI ya Mixbed jaldi Discharj ho jta hai .
3. NaOH ka roll bahut bada hai ye PH ko to maintain krta hi hai or v bahut important km krta h ye water m (Co2) yani carbon dioxide remove krne ka kam krta h or saath mein connectivity maintain karne mein iska bahut bada roll hai.
4-antiscalant dozing ka work generally membrane ko safety karne ka hai. ye membrane pe scaling nhi hone deta hai (salt ki prt jmne nhi deta hai )
frds es sab ki dozing ap k palnt k according hoti hai .
har jgh ka raw water ki TDS or hardness ppm alg alg hoti hai us k according en ki sab ki dozing hoti hai .es k liye b formola h
phir b jaha pe m workkra rha hu waha pe SMBS (.9ppm) NaOH (.5ppm) anti (.5ppm )
