I loved Impossible Heir. It was never boring and I liked the story. You’re strictly talking about Korea’s thoughts. Not true about the international thoughts
I liked Serendipities embrace haha sorry I'm a sucker for love story no matter how recycled. I mean there is only so much they can do with so many one season shows
I haven't watched any of these .. But other than Red Swan I don't even want to watch the others.. Sometimes the trailer makes some dramas unappealing..for me even Queen of Tears I didn't want to watch ...
I thought Red Swan and Serendipity were both enjoyable. But I had been well and truly warned about the awfulness of the rest of them and gave them a miss.
Wedding Impossibile played it safe, and it backfired. Serendipity's Embrace was cute, but competing with the Olympics is not easy. Hierarchy turned me completely off from the trailer alone. They tried to do a mash up of Heirs and Tempted, and it was a predictable boring disaster! I don't think I lasted a full episode. Red Swan was not too bad, but I agree that writers are going to have to try to take a more in-depth look at Africa if they want to address poverty. Korea has enough people in poverty that they can have their "charity" begin at home.
I liked K-dramas mostly for the fact they still stayed away from GLTB crap... now, seeing this video warns me the last Fortress of decency is falling under the pressure of it... bye bye.
@@teleriferchnyfain the scene in which the "bodyguard" plucked the lady boss from car wreck and carried her away from the exploding car. So similar to the K2
@ Yeah - that one scene. Plus as I said the overall premise. But no princess in the tower here, more a combination on Yoona ‘s character & the stepmom. There’s nothing wrong with 2 shows being similar. Healer & City Hunter, and Marry My Husband & Perfect Marriage Revenge, come to mind
@@Jessica_Seven so did I. the trailer was so good that it got me hooked. the fisrt few eps were very good. then it got a bit goofy. what a letdown. i didn't even watch the last few eps.
I didn’t watch most of these. However, Gwangsong Creature, Missing Crown Prince & Red Swan were very entertaining. You are confusing ratings with quality. Trunk has been receiving very high critical reviews & certainly doesn’t belong on this list.
All of the dramas were bad. Queen Woo was half decent but still not good enough. The rest were unwatchable. Especially Wedding impossible, there was zero chemistry between the leads and the acting itself was super awkward and stiff.
I lOved Red Swan
I hated Red Swan!
Me, too! Rain was so good in that one.
Red Swan was an excellent action drama. Very sad that the ratings weren’t great.
I loved "Wedding Impossible"

I love Impossible Heir . Because it starred LEE JOE WOOK ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊

Let’s face it. Rain’s face is sooo 🥰

So agree with your list (but I managed to finish Serendipity embrace, cuz I’m a hopeless romantic)😂
I thought Queen Woo was brilliant..
Yoo ah in was not tge lead he was replaced so dont blame him
Exactly - if he’d not been replaced it would have been much better.
When I watched The Trunk I experienced a level of disappointment I didn’t know was possible. DNF.
I agree!! Trunk was horrible such a disappointment
I loved it. Mature adults dealing with problems. The acting, music , visuals were phenomenal to me.
@@BillyWhaler I loved the way Trunk did not fit the typical k-drama style
The Trunk is one of the best, visually appealing and unbelievably good played drama I watched in the KDrama world.
@ but where were the drama tropes? Umbrella scene, drunk piggyback ride home? A camping trip?
I liked K-dramas mostly for the fact they still stayed away from GLTB crap... now, seeing this video warns me the last Fortress of decency is falling under the pressure of it... bye bye.
Red Swan had its moments. but I feel it was trying to copy The K2.
Not at all - it was in the same genre, that’s all.

It really wasn't the best. And I had high hopes for Red Swan :(

@ Actually not true. There are informed opinions, and even scholarly ones, to be found online.
“When the Phone Rings”should be on the list as well 😂
😂 it started off good but then got so boring still haven’t been able to finish it everytime we put it on to watch an episode we have to turn it off 😅
I thoroughly enjoyed When The Phone Rings 😊
It was riveting all the way thru. The finale started off goofily but still, a very satisfying drama overall. Almost everyone I know loved it.
