    Thank you so much Doctor, the knowledge which you are sharing is indispensable and extremely helpful for all especially freshers like myself. It helps understand the principality and technicalities of these procedures which otherwise can only be absorbed through years of experience. I hope you continue sharing with us these invaluable lessons. I'm very grateful for your time and work. God bless. 🙏🏽

    I would like to add one point doc, The radiographic technique u explained is called *SLOB* rule, the name itself is a mnemonic so it's easy to remember this way, *S* ame side *L* ingual, *O* pposite side *B* uccal...
    So no matter on Mesial angulation or distal angulation of cone, in radiograph if object moves *S* ame side then the object is on *L* ingual...
    Example:
    1) on *mesial* angulation object is *mesial* on radiograph then its on *lingual* clinically,
    2)even on *distal* angulation if object is *distal* on radiograph then its on *lingual* clinically....
    If on mesial or distal angulation if object moves *O* pposite side then it is *B* uccally...
    Example:
    1) on *mesial* angulation if object is *distal* on radiograph, then it is present *buccal* clinically,
    2)similarly on *distal* angulation, if object is *mesial* , then it is also *Buccal* clinically...

    Thank you sir ,tips for dental practitioners... about how manage cardiac patient...

    • @smartdentistry
      @smartdentistry  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If we are going to do root canal treatment, other than complications from local anesthetic, we never will get any problem related to RCT. We should use Adrenalin free local anesthetic and antibiotic prophylaxis if indicated. After Myocardial Infarction, delay RCT for atleast 6 months. If the patient is healthy and even under long-term treatment for cardiac related diseases, RCT is NOT a contraindication. Even anticoagulants need not have to be stopped as we do for extraction. From my point of view, RCT is a very safe alternative for extraction in cardiac patients
