Fields makes sense for now. The Charger game was ok. But when you break the plays down, man the play calling for the Steelers Offense was crappy. Routes were poorly ran. Simple things like getting to sticks was hard. Miscommunication in route running. Oline missed assignments. Fields is quick and got out of some trouble without panic. Russell is slower and may have pushed causing turnovers. They need to clean a LOT up. It was ball management and the D that won the game. A ton of talent is there on the offensive side but they need some fine tuning for sure. The skies the limit if they take care of the details.

There's another component to consider, the psychological aspect. It will keep your opponents off balance if they don't know which QB will be starting.
There's yet another component, 2 GMs, 2 HCs, 2 OCs (one of which had never called or designed plays before in his life), 1 good receiver in 3 yrs.

Now they stuck with pickens n alot of #3 wrs.
