A very warm welcome to all my viewers in EXCEL4LEARN Channel. Today in this video I cover how will you create multiple dependent drop down list in excel by data validation using the formula INDIRECT.
What is Data Validation?
Data validation is a process that ensures the delivery of clean and clear data to the programs, applications using it. It checks for the integrity and validity of data that is being inputted to different software and its components. Data validation ensures that the data complies with the requirements and quality benchmarks.
Sometimes, however, you may want to use more than one drop down lists in Excel such that the items available in a second drop down list are dependent on the selection made in the first drop down list.
These are called dependent drop down lists in Excel.

1. main matlab user ek colom main gya jaha sirf customer ka name likh diya..
ab jab next colom main jaau then ush foam main dependent drop down list main sari value automatic aajaye .. bina list scroll karein..

after creating drop down list , we cant keep the refence table whom we made drop down list on our excel sheet , so how we can hide or remove ?

No, if you hide any source sheet and your drop down in another sheet it will work fine. You cannot delete the source file just normal hide or very hidden in both cases it will work
