Great! I couldn't figure out how to turn on my displays last night and re-downloaded and re-installed the F50 EX about three times thinking that my file was corrupt. You solved my problem. Great tutorial. Thank you.

I had glanced around the top of the overhead panel but I easily missed those two switches. Unfortunately their pdf manuals don’t allow text searching, adding to frustration when trying to find keywords. I do find their jets the best to fly in X-Plane but wish they would at least supply a tutorial flight.
Very nice. Carenado has a problem with “stepping through” the flight plan. The Pro Line 21 video covering this shows a different FMS than the default XP. When you select plan the default is suppose to show “step” in the bottom right of the FMS but does not. Only way to check flight plan is to use “next page”. Your video very helpful on start up. See that I missed a few steps.
Just want to point out something you misunderstood... The engine start-stop switches are THREE position switches. The lower position is stop and what you are doing in your start sequence is setting them to the middle position which is "ground start". It is clearly indicated if you take a close look. The third or upper position is "air start" and this is only used to restart an engine that has shutdown in flight.
I just bought the Falcon and the controls for setting speed, altitude, VS speed all turn at warp speed! How do you slow things down to get the exact altitude and speeds you want!
I'll keep looking, because it is impossible to fly this plane professionally, using SIDs and STARs and approaches, if you can't precisely control speed and vertical speed.
Another great review. I have the Logitech Pro throttle quadrant that I use on all my twins. Think just 1 throttle lever will control all 3 engines ok? I'm guessing it'll be fine.
Whats going onBlu. Just picked up this beautiful aircraft along with the GTN 750. How do I get the GTN to replace the standard FMS? I can only get the GTN to show in a pop up window. Hope you can help thanks in advance.
i dont understand.. i cant get my middle engine to start.. there is no fuel in the middle tank but its strange it stps at 18 percent evfen if the throttle is idle, and after a bit of staying at 18 it gives up the startup and spool back donw to 0

Theres should be a performance chart/ table in your aircraft file folder try that it might help. Otherwise u will just have to watch your speed closely

This is laughable. Sequence is all wrong. No one hooks up a ground cart for power, turns everything on, then later starts the APU. BTW, you never tied the busses, so the APU wouldn't start anyway, and the engines would never start. Also, turning on the electric hyd pump occurs after three engine starts, not before. Turning on the pitot after engine starts is a huge no, this will cause the ADC's to overheat. Pitot heats are turned on before the take off roll and turned off after clearing the runway. Turning on fuel cross feeds after starts is not necessary. Engines are run tank to engine, the only time those cross feeds are open is for fuel balance. You don't turn the start switches to air start before starting on the ground. They are in the center ground start position and they stay there unless you are doing an alternate procedure. Engine Computers (DEECs) are always On, again only turned off or manual in an alternate procedure. Air (pneumatic) switches are left on as well, with the exception of the APU air switch. AC switches are never used in the auto position. Normal take offs are slats+flaps 20. No one does slats only takeoffs. Finally, Hooks to DAL at FL360? Not going to happen. FL240 is typical.

I found the answer... use the mouse scroll wheel to make precise adjustments...

Its supposed to working automaticaly. As long as you have gtn activated in your plugins. It will just show up in the aircraft. No extra setup

If the GPU is connected, why do you need to start APU?

Non of my flight displays turn on, they are all dark even though I followed your steps and the FMS also doesn’t turn on
