the commenter asking how you get 7 fortune with no emblems, they meant that there is no fortune emblem in the game since it doesn't show when you hover over the trait. There is a fortune emblem, it's just a visual bug. they don't have any non-craftable emblems show up when hovering a trait on the current pbe patch
