Honestly even though the title says (no talking) it took me about 5 minutes to realize she was talking the whole time. I was just enjoying the ASMR until I realized, "Wait, didn't the video say no talking?" Anyways, lovely video either way. Another fantastic work Sophie! :)

It is normal it is a DEEP ear cleaning. The “normal” ear cleaning are not too loud and they are “soft”.
