Hey girl! Facial hair is indeed a hormonal issue usually caused by PCOS. I have a regular cycle and PCOS. Ovasitol (which can be ordered on Amazon) and cutting carbs (going low carb or doing the keto diet for a few weeks) really helps with this. Sometimes PCOS can only be diagnosed via a scan versus bloodwork. I take a few other supplements but the unwanted hair is gone and my skin is clear. Just wanted to share. Insulin resistance is the underlying cause to hormonal acne, facial/chest hair and skin discoloration. ❤

Love this video, my brother was in the Air Force and stationed in Japan for 2-1/2 years and he fell in love with Japan, unfortunately he wasn’t able to get another tour of Japan and I didn’t have the opportunity to visit Japan while he was stationed there. Finally, in my 50s started getting laser. Been doing it for 4 years every 6 weeks @$30. a session. You have a great place because they helped keep your pain level down. I may search around for a place like that. I love that you show Japan. I hope to visit there next year. Thanks again for sharing.
