Karen was definitely being sarcastic. As long as Fatima is on Karen’s side, there’s not a problem. However, when Fatima goes on the defense of Zac, Karen is not having it. Plot twist, in the process of Karen being sarcastic, Fatima says as a matter of fact Karen I am pregnant. Maybe that’s why she start having pains because of the blow. Before anyone start arguing, I’m not saying this will happen. This is just me writing the script in my head. Basically what I wish would happen. I remember Crystal revealed that Fatima told one of the ladies, but she did not say which lady. Majority of the people assumed it will be Andi, and I even guessed it will be Dani. Wouldn’t it be great if it was Karen. I mean Karen did find out about the engagement at Zac & Fatima’s home after she went on her rant about what makes her mad & her child, at that time, was going to have 2 baby daddies. Let her find out about Fatima’s pregnancy there also. I can’t be the only one who thinks this way 😂.

We actually see the engagement on Zatima and find out through convo on sistas. The same will most likely happen with the pregnancy. Karen may ask, and the secret will finally be out where it implies that both Fatima and Zac were keeping it secret for the sake of not creating drama with Karen. And if that's the case, I would hate that because moments and opportunities are being missed to make Karen look good.
Based off the last episode and the preview for the new episodes. They were having a convo about Zac doing too much and text so much. I am assuming Fatima will agree with something Karen says or Fatima says something that implies Zac has been doing the same with her, in which thats why Karen asks if she's pregnant. I hope Fatima says yes because I'm tired of this make Karen comfortable bs. Zac and Fatima doesn't owe Karen nothing especially Fatima. Everything seems to have to be on Karen's time.

Usually they don’t do one for each show like with the engagement. Zac proposed in Zatima and in Sistas she wearing the engagement ring. With Michael if you missed the paternity test and results in Zatima they didn’t do another one for Sistas they just moved on with them knowing he is the father. The sista circle are the only people who still have to find out Fatima is pregnant.
