This is just okay. But I don’t think you folks know how to act while dancing. You’re literally just going through the motions instead of acting it out, the way the actresses did in “Singin’ in the Rain.” If you acted it out, you would’ve given this performance the oomph it needed it to be good.
Is this troupe professionals, semi professional, or amateur? Because the original was Debbie Reynolds and the MGM studio system.....highly funded professionals from talent to crew to editors, etc. This was a one camera, one take shot. In the film, who knows how many takes they shot.
