      @dizzyparkermusic 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Was there toxic stuff or did the outside world just perceive that? I mean he talks a lot about how they left the quitting thing on good terms, had conversations about TNA when starting, etc. The man even checked up on him while his wife was sick. Sounds pretty amicable to me.

    I love how candid Jeff was in this and have always appriated what kind of man he is outside the business. I got to cross off one of the things off the first half of my bucket list back in 2011 when I got to go to my first Impact(at the time TNA) show when I got to go to TNA Lockdown 2011 on 4-17 of that yr here in Cincinnati, OH at US Bank Arena. And, later that summer I went shopping with some of my birthday money that yr and found a copy of that ppv on DVD at Best Buy and bought it, so I have that as a keepsake along with the ticket stub, "Sting's" one t-shirt while he was in TNA, and the program from the event that night, it was their event program from that yr, but the cover was specifically themed for that show. And, two days earlier on 4-15-11 I got to meet Mickie James at a meet and greet she was doing in town for the show and that was also someone on my list at the time in terms of wrestlers that I had been wanting to meet at the time that I had not yet, so I am thankful I got to and go to the show too. It was just a bonus that it was a ppv

    I'm so happy I was able to discover TNA watching it on TV while I was on vacation because TNA wasn't really on TV back home. But after some time a network in my country finally started airing weekly episodes and one of the big feuds that were ongoing was Jeff Jarrett and Kurt Angle with the Main Event Mafia I will never forget those great memories I've had watching TNA as a kid.

    Good Thursday morning to you and great video post. I have followed Jeff Jarrett since his USWA hay days (the great days of U. S. syndication television) in the early 1990s. As he mentioned, since his feuds with both Jerry "The King" Lawler and his last son Brian Christopher (Lawler). I remember his dad Midsouth Wrestling's Jerry Jarrett as a promoter (Cowboy Bill Watts was the booker). He teamed up with AWA's Verne Gagne and WCCW Fritz Von Erich in 1988 as part of one of wrestling's most infamous PPV's "Super Brawl III." All those promotions would eventually go under but an already belegured Midsouth Wrestling would suffer the most. They were on flatline after that night. Which they also lost a significant portion of that roster of all-stars before that night and pay per view. So I look forward to he and the 'Podfather' Conrad Thompson new podcast soon.

There's two benefits two doing it, 1. It adds to the interviews. and 2. you could upload/share the segment as a prelude to the upcoming interview with your guest.
