I am wondering why Locomotive Services Limited has so many mark 3 coaches stopped since post-pandemic Staycation charters finished. Apart from Pullman no more services have been made using such rolling stock despite Trans Pennine Express is struggling with staff shortages even refusing to find alternatives to tackle bad performance on North Trans Pennines route, specially during Christmas period! Something is going very bad with Britain's Railway system! Is like whatching misery going pass and having a crossed arms stance as response! As far as i concern Avanti Extras worked pretty well in 2022 when Intercity Loco-Hauled services were put in action to fill the gap. Why not anymore? Custommers would be very appreciate. At the end of the day is better than nothing! I will assume is something to do with station staff lacking slam door dispaching training. Thank you so much for sharing the video.
