Sony TV should seriously introspect as to why Indian Idol winning is reserved exclusively for losers as every Indian Idol winner, (total a whopping ‘’11 Winners’’) have faded too soon after winning the competition and haven’t been able to make any worthwhile mark in the music industry or playback singing. We know nothing or hear anything about them. Simply because Indian Idol is a scripted show & not a genuine talent show which only pursues TRP ratings and not real talent. SET catches hold of one contestant based on the initial popularity at the start of the show, and only promotes that one contestant and keeps that one contestant in the limelight to the detriment of rest of the contestants. That one contestant is finally made a winner in a scripted fashion despite not being the true talent. End result is that every Indian Idol winner since inception has ended being only a loser despite winning Indian Idol.. . . . Nihal undoubtedly is destined to achieve greater glory no matter whatever SET and its comedian host does.
