28:30 NOAH does at least as much comedy as NJPW these days. The entire Taniguchi storyline where he is trying to wrestle like a junior heavyweight but in slow motion and Hayata bumping for it is pretty much as goofy as it gets.
Hayata is still much smaller than Tanigucho so it doesn't bother me. The Super Powers with the mask is a little goofy, but I think it's supposed to be more psychological than it is legit "super powers." Taniguchi has floundered for years, so I am willing to see where this goes. It's not my favorite thing, but I don't think it is straight comedy. I much prefer it to Black Mensore or the "Bear" in AJPW.
@ProWrestlingNoahNetwork idk man, he is attacking Eita, his own tag team partner, when he is wearing the mask which is pretty stupid, isn't it? I think Misawa would have hated the current product. Black Mansore is doing Noah appearances as well though.
@@cutiemarshall6502 it's NOT perfect, at all, but what out there is better than Noah? Currently I am loving Marigold as well, though it's not perfect either.
@@ProWrestlingNoahNetwork I hear you. I kinda feel the same even though I am a bit more pessimistic about it which is my own problem😄 but yeah, the only reason why I am still watching NOAH is because I don't know which other promotion could be better. However, ever since that WWE partnership has been announced, I strongly consider canceling my Wrestle Universe membership. Maybe I will look into other alternatives in the future.
@@cutiemarshall6502 I am hoping the WWE thing will only really be noticed on WWE. When those NXT guys were in Noah I tho9ught they did great, and adapted to the Noah style really well. They didn't come across as Sports Entertainers at all.
