I love it when you “TMI” because these are the things in life people don’t talk about! I had to have an emergency full hysterectomy in February and I’m still trying to get my hormone therapy adjusted so I don’t feel like I’m going insane! Nobody tells you how hormones affect your bones, your energy, your body, or your mind! I was so exhausted and had this weird brain fog and I had HR called on me at work because I literally couldn’t comprehend complex ideas enough to do my job. But a new prescription later, I’m absolutely fine! It’s so strange. So thanks for sharing!!!!!!
I went into surgical menopause at 38 shortly after having my youngest due to damage from endo/cysts/pregnancies. It is unbelievable how hormones affect every single organ, system, cell in your body 🤯 I felt I was going insane after my surgery but turns out I had undiagnosed ADHD and the lack of hormones (while still adjusting to HRT) left me unable to mask the symptoms! Like I didn’t know I had ADHD so I wasn’t consciously masking, dr said it’s pretty common for women to suddenly discover ADHD during perimenopause or menopause. Surgical menopause is a wild ride for sure but def preferable to the debilitating pain from endo, but yeah there really needs to be a PSA on hormones cuz it’s crazy how they control everything!!!

I have been a silent watcher since the beginning but I just want you to know that your videos are so encouraging and inspiring, I feel that they have helped me mentally so thank you for continuing to post you are such a kind soul! P.S. Hope you get some answers soon regarding your allergies. How often do you check/replace your air filters for your HVAC system? We just replaced our filters here and it was much needed. We change ours more frequently because there is such high pollen here! It's the worst!!!

Thank you for another great video. I cleaned my shower drain with Dawn Power Wash and very hot water. It was so clean after. I will have to try CLR on my sink drains.
Highly recommend instead of regular water, get some distilled water and use that with humidifiers. Little to no residue and won’t leave white specs around. Much easier to clean for sure.
Also HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to her. My daughter turns 7 this September and I still can’t believe it. Time sure goes by fast!

I completely understand the hormones situation. Having regular periods wasn’t too bad for me but my mood was always affected but still not terrible. Now being 32 and just starting perimenopause (yes I know I’m early but it is what it is and can happen in 30s for some women), I truly feel off a lot more! I’m more moody, periods are way out of whack for me (was always regular/normal), and fatigue, etc. but my good days where I feel amazing girl yes I’m getting things done! Those days I don’t do much though I just try to get through work day first and then go home and either do one thing or nothing. But stuff gets done for the most part lol.

Jamie I’m struggling with my allergies. I went and bought new pillows and even put those allergy protectors on them. I sprayed my walls down dusted and I still have them. Right now pollen is so bad here in Tennessee I can’t go outside without coughing.
Good morning Jamie. Woke up early this morning as I’ve been doing the last few weeks. (I usually get up at about 8). Two loads of laundry are getting done. The kitchen has been cleaned and in the middle of sweeping I tripped the outlet by the coffee maker. It was still plugged in but when the cart where the coffee maker is gets moved the outlet doesn’t work. So I had to go turn that back on. Also as someone who doesn’t drink enough water I made it a point to drink at least 32 ounces a day.

Have you cleaned the air ducts? You can hire someone to clean out the ducts to remove any old construction dust etc from inside the vents

Your issue could be related to mold. You’d be surprised how common it is in new builds! A holistic doctor could be super helpful for you with all of this!!
Avery will do well on her testing. My sister also has state testing and it’s no joke. Have a girls day out when the girls get out of school and a surprise to the end of the year

Have you ever heard of pmdd? I can totally relate to all the emotions and thoughts you were feeling pre period. I’m 30 and SAHM to 2 small children. On those days before my cycle it is so hard to find the motivation to do anything.
For your allergies, could it be your pillow since the breakouts are on your face? Just thinking that when it went away in Georgia your bedding was different. I know - grasping for answers…

Have you had the air tested in your house? Just wondering if the air ducts have something in them
If you are loving the CLR cleaner, it is great for shower heads too! Just pour some in a baggy, and use a rubber band around the bag and neck of the shower head, and it will let the shower head sit in the solution that's in the baggy for a bit to break up all the mold or hard water that might be in the little holes of the shower head. It makes my shower heads the cleanest ever!

I’m so glad the steroid cream is helping but please be careful because I’ve heard of people getting dependent on it so I encourage you to talk to your doctor about that and research topical steroid addiction.

Silly question but genuinely want to know. What is the type of music you always have ? It’s not techno but pop but there’s no words (which I like). Just dance music? Asking bc I like it and would like to use it working out or cleaning but when I do I always have a hard time finding something similar. I do have epidemic sound so I can try there too - I just don’t know “genre” it is! Maybe the name of a song or artist will help get me started. Thank you! ❤❤❤

Hello. I had heard stories like yours regarding the allergies. In new homes they found people are allergic to the formaldehyde used in the carpets and glues for the cabinets…. ? Not saying this is your issue but it sounds similar. Hoping they can get to the bottom of this for you.
I would look into getting the air ducts cleaned out..
Jamie please use distilled water on your humidifier to avoid having that slimy residue, tap water in your humidifier expels minerals in the air that causes allergies :)
