I have a question, does Outdoor Office employ a licensed electrical contractor for the interior work and hook up on-site or is Oregon easy going with that???
A lot to learn from anthony, great work! Looked like there was room to improve in that warehouse, I’d put those sheds on wheels and push from station to station. You should study Elon’s new giga factory, love his quote raw materials come in the front and cars come out the back.
Average worker is making 28-35dol/h WTF are the wages there, here from same kind of job you get around 9-12e/hour and those are considered the low money job's that nobody wants to do!
Not sure how you can say 30 to 40 year shelf life after being in business for three years. Using 2"x4"'s for exterior walls makes it tuff to meet R value. If it's a portable shed/movable, no need for permits if the square footage is small enough. An RV plug eliminates the need for an L&I electrical inspection. That being said- CUDOs to you to find a niche. Very well done
Your house walls are 2x4s. Residential won't alow an "rv plug" for electrical connection. Lol. He's just a few steps ahead of u my friend. Towns/villages and a home owner association are all different. Some will require permit. Some won't. Some will only allow a certain square footage..some will only allow certain max finish roof height.
i respect the Hussle but going off 2021 numbers, almost 50K seems wild for a 1 room shed. even if its finished nicely. Gotta get me an executive bathroom add on at least
Yeah most carpenters would do it cheaper, 40% profit margin for something like this is ridiculous especially when you pay out 4k to drop it off with a crane
@@zacharytrigger1227 less than 40k probably 30 for the same size as that one plus contractor markup. Shouldn’t take more than 4 or 5 days complete, and an addition requires demo which adds to the cost. So again 50k for a shed is a bit outrageous but if people are dumb enough to pay it I suppose
@@zacharytrigger1227 last summer we tore apart an old one room schoolhouse on a lake and converted it to a two story camp about 1100 square feet. Thank you so much! Were there questions you think we should've added in this one? We're open to suggestions! 🤔
A lot to learn from anthony, great work! Looked like there was room to improve in that warehouse, I’d put those sheds on wheels and push from station to station. You should study Elon’s new giga factory, love his quote raw materials come in the front and cars come out the back.
Thanks for the informative feedback Scott. Are you in the same type of industry?
so how RVs are built now a days.
God I love this Chanel man ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We love you back Reasoner. 😀😍⭐Thanks for supporting the channel. What type of business do you want to see featured next?
In most cases the market and skills, is much relevant to any business success. Well done.
Skills can have a lot to do with a business's success David. Thanks for the feedback. 😀Should we do more videos in this industry?

Average worker is making 28-35dol/h WTF are the wages there, here from same kind of job you get around 9-12e/hour and those are considered the low money job's that nobody wants to do!
Companies: we need more workers
Also companies: were having record profits
Im noticing a pattern here
thanks heaps
Some won't. Some will only allow a certain square footage..some will only allow certain max finish roof height.
keep doing it
does this guy have a Facebook outdoor office business page ?
i respect the Hussle but going off 2021 numbers, almost 50K seems wild for a 1 room shed. even if its finished nicely. Gotta get me an executive bathroom add on at least
Yeah most carpenters would do it cheaper, 40% profit margin for something like this is ridiculous especially when you pay out 4k to drop it off with a crane
@@drewburgess8097 exactly
What do you think it would cost you to add a one room addition your home? More than $40k if you are paying someone to do it to code and permit.
Tore out the first stories rough cut log floor joists and second story 2x6 beams and ripped off the roof and added two shed dormers and put in all new windows around the cabin, new manufactured i joists, sheathing, laminate flooring, new stair wells with oak. About 7-8 weeks with 3 guys for about 150k easily 4x the labor and material of these and still had about 20% profit
Another great video and another great interview. Successful scaling is about being able to duplicate yourself. He's got a very good approach---invest in your team and your team will invest in you.
Very true Sally. That's for the feedback. 😀What type of industry are you in?

Thanks for the question Hungry Club. Most videos do but not all. What industry should we do next?
@@UpFlip Windows and Doors Replacement business please.
This is nuts!!! If my math is right, they’re averaging $35K-$38K per unit??? For someone to have that kind of money to build themselves a $40K office…. I don’t even want to know what kind of money they make!!!🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I was looking for this comment! those people don't realize they could've built the same thing for 2-5 grand themselves. the amount of money he is making off this little sheds is discusting
Good for him!
@@mattadams0690 that’s what I’m saying! You can buy a pre- gabbed shed. In the size he is offering, perhaps even bigger for about $2-$3K tops, then trick it out with flooring, electric, etc. I mean it’s great for him and obviously his cliental have more money than common sense!!!
@@leensteed7861 it is great for him but it’s so sad that his cliental have more money than they do common sense. I feel that’s pretty sad that people who make 6 figures a year have that kind of mentality!!!😩😩😩
@@drumfanatik316 yep exactly! I built my own shed recently, 10x12 with a 12 12 pitch and was generous with how much lumber I used and it was 5 grand in total
my office is the kitchen table rn too xD but i cant afford this yet x_x
Hang in there; every little step brings us closer to our dream setups! 💪
$500,000 from 15 units. Wait. People pay over $35k for a small shed.
Some people aren’t poor
Rule 1 of starting a business: Gotta know who your customers are
@@TheRussianWookie value has nothing to do if people are poor or not. That's clearly overpriced.
@@7InkredibleTruth7 if it was overpriced then he wouldn’t be making 2 million a year
@@TheRussianWookieI didn't say dumb people like you aren't born every day. You can get the shed built way... cheaper. I'm speaking from a value standpoint. I've built 5 sheds. Mine take less than 6 hours to make and less than $2000. They are very high quality. They only sold for $5k-10k on the high side. Your saying I can pop drywall, electricity, and a/c in there and inrease my price to 35k.... Bunch of Fools out there. That's like a 30k profit for 2 days work. And that's me working alone. I can copy his shed in less than 1 day with a good crew. It's a insane return thats rarely aseen in any business strategy. And for you to think its normal shows me your not a entrepreneur.

Always nervous when I see “carpenters” using Ryobi.
Can you share the reason why? Thanks for watching! ☺️
@@UpFlip because any good carpenter/ Journeyman with any experience knows that ryobi is poorly built junk made for the DIYer or weekend warrior. I’ve been a red seal carpenter for 25 and have NEVER once seen ryobi on a job site.

$40,000 for a 120 sqft shed?😂🤣😂🤣 wtf is wrong with people.
This thing can be built for 10-15k at the most by your self or by just contracting someone.
Literal insanity
