In Pattaya you can book hotel. From there you can do koh larn island day tour. You can go there from Pattaya and come back. In Bangkok you need to book another hotel.

Hi P. K, immigration happens at the first entry airport of any country. So you will get Visa on Arrival in Bangkok. Then you can enter the country and change the terminal. Koi issue nahi hai. That will your domestic flight in Thailand. You can go anywhere in Thailand. No visa check once you're in Bangkok.
