Very nice luxury jewellery, however customer service/repair service is NOT luxury, more very disappointing. Since January 2024 i am waiting to get the pave/composure of my Solitaire 1895 ring fixed. Promised dates are not met, and no proactive approach. Still waiting for more than 9 months to get my Cartier engagement ring back. Have various Cartier items, but this service is extremely bad and disappointing. But after service is not recommended
