The NextGen nclex is coming up soon🥺and I just fail the exam on my second attempt🥺🥺🤦♂️💔,I cannot begin to articulate the level of embarrassment and heartache I'm feeling right now 🤕😣,I'm confident that I will be a good nurse too. I just need to get past this too and move on. 🥺
Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't
take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet"; you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.
I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that l've not lost hope.
Nclex test is really frustrating, I can't believe I failed again after studying so much. 🤦♂️💔😭

Side note:
For your face, at night, cleanse your with Vanicream gentle cleanser. It has zero additives. Once of twice a week, use PanOxyl acne foaming wash or Cerave Renewing SA Cleanser. Use your fingers and lather for 1 minute. Silicone exfoliant scrubs can aggravate acne, milia, etc. Chemical exfoliants like AHAs and BHAs are better, deeper and more gentle.
Follow with Paula’s Choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliatiant. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER.
Moisturize with a no additive lotion/cream, like Cerave moisturizing cream.
In the day, switch out the Paula’s Choice BHA with a niacinamide serum, then put on the Cerave cream/lotion. Niacinamide helps with pores and oil production.
Witch hazel can make skin worse for some. It isn’t advised to use, but do what you want for your skin.
Follow Dr. Dray or Dr. Alexis Stephens on here for the best advice.

NICU Nurses are the best. When my son was in the NICU I had the best Nurses except one where I had to tell here she couldn’t take care of him no more due to her being rude towards me. Then later I met Tammy and she became his fav and his Auntie❤❤❤❤❤❤

I have acne and was told not to use face wash with the micro beads in it, cause it aggravates the acne dnt know how true though 🤷🏽♀️
I use a lot breath when I talk to 😂 o well.

Don’t wash your facewith face towel it makes the pimples worse . Not saying u have pimples but ya .was told by dermatologist
I have hormonal acne 😂 those pimples will just be there until I get on BC to control my hormones. a lot of people in my family have pretty clear skin and they use face towels!
