The main ingredient ya pilau masala ni cumin, a little bit of cardamom, black paper, and cinnamon. But the main one ni cumin, cumin unaeka nyingi zaidi ya hizo nimetaja. Inategemea pia na taste yako vile unavyotaka. Na garlic unaweza ku add pia coriander.
This was amazing to watch.. from start to finish.. also I think pilau masala is a mix of all spices.. pilau originally is cooked with all spices only that they are mostly turned to powdered form.. so hapo ukipata different spices in powdered form it makes it easier.. just check ingredients of pilau masala then Umix at home.
