Wow... that´s a good version of that song... better than the original.. Some people in here say it´s Nelly Furtado to blame , but it´s not. (my opinion of course.) The original version is too fast, and crowdy with studio "bells & whistles", for the meaning of the lyrics to get trough. Here it gets through and you understand the song better.. This is also "acoustic", where James Morrison is great master at.. as seen here on TH-cam, where he performs, i think all his songs on acoustic guitar. raw and simple, still sounds awesome! (they are not many who can take that category as well as he.) My conclusion; Not the singing so much to blame, but here you get minimum of background music, still so spot on to fill everything without interrupting with the vocals, this is to be listened to in good sound to get all the details. 2 thumbs up! Thus rendering it an acoustic version of the song due to the lack of electric instruments (unless you really wanna be picky and say that the microphone and soundcard is an electric instrument).
