    I am really enjoying this discussion. I love the practical tips and how Carole has implemented them in her life, including where she has been able to make changes that fit her lifestyle over time. There is so much excellent information available to us, and I sometimes start to feel overwhelmed with everything I can be doing. Anything that makes me feel good and easily fits into my lifestyle goes to the top of the list, like my morning sunshine yoga in bare feet!

    I really enjoyed this breakdown and have been listening to your stuff religiously since I found you, Carrie! I am curious about the molecular hydrogen. You touched on it briefly but then didn’t go in to much detail. I would love to know more about it! Thanks!

    I’m a fat burner but still need high fat intake in order for my binge disorder not to rear it’s head. Fat is soothing for my mind and body. I eat high fat meats and add coconut oil to Greek yogurt (Fage is best I’ve found for low carb).

      Jack misinterpreted the Alexander Wunschs graph he likes to show about color temperature. One of the only things he has been wrong on (and recently admitted it too actually in a private convo). Which is why you cannot rely only on one person's interpretation. Gotta go to the source yourself. Morning and evening are the same K, middle of the day is 15,000.+. I think if you look at the graphic from Wunsch yourself, you will see exactly that too.❤

      @@carriebwellnessagree, it is kelvin, watts/sq m2 through resistance per sec, color temp comes in kelvin, not in kj

      Yes, often, schools and hospitals-places that should be healthy for us and our children-are some of the least healthy places!

    I wear glasses cause I can't see far away. Is that blocking me from getting the sun frequencies?? Should I take them off?

      Yes, but you don't need to keep them off long, just 30 minutes is good. You might even strengthen your eyes!
