He is soooooo cute. Throwing things for a baby is not an act of aggression. There a lots of great child development books out there that help to explain what's going on in their little minds. I remember everyone said terrible two's are the worst but I loved that age. You will find that as time goes on so does the strength of your bond with Aiden. Try not to rush through this stage of his life because it will be gone sooner that you think.

My husband and I got married when we found out I was pregnant so I was terrified of ending up divorced in our son’s first year lol. Thankfully we celebrated 7 years married in December and now have 2 kids. That first year can be rough. It’s such an adjustment becoming a mom and still finding time for yourself. I still don’t have a skincare routine or anything, but as they get older I’m finding more time for me. My oldest will be 7 and my youngest is 4

I was doing intermittent fasting and it had me confused and hungry! Lol Some say eat healthy within the “eating” window time. Others say, eat whatever you want in the “eating” window time. Had me so confused! I quit doing that and now I’m doing very small portions every three hours throughout the day. Lost 18 pounds and counting! This works for me-and I am rarely hungry! By the way, your baby is adorable!❣️

I know exactly how you feel about the whole divorce, it’s completely normal and ok to feel that way. My daughter will be turning 3 soon and I look back and laugh at myself how sleep deprived & emotional I was. Sleep definitely does get better once they turn 2. You may even get baby fever because you’ll miss the newborn stage 😂 I once read that our bodies don’t fully recover til we hit 2 years after pregnancy, our hormones are out of whack. You got this mama!

Normal feelings normal fuss and arguments things depend on you and your husbands relationship and how much you have each others backs, your child will grow into the young adult that you create. Definitely honestly and openness as this child will have to have a seat at the table as a valued member of the family with opinions that they want to share and process with you both. Kids only be deceitful if they think they're not valued.

I will definitely say that not every child is the same. For me my first was easy, calm and not tantrum prone. Of course the first few months of life we were sleep deprived but after this phase bb was easy. My second was the complete apposition and have had a very hard time adjusting. I definitely will say that having children does test your marriage especially when you get more than you bargained for. lol. However, if you make a choice to not even consider divorce you will simply get through the difficult times together. I think the likely reason divorce is so high after kids is because you see the true colors of a person when dealing with so much during the first year of your bbs life. You get to see your spouse at their most vulnerable state, the most stressful time and sometimes it can be a couples breaking point. Unfortunately, for many it’s easier to leave than to stay and ultimately choose to end the marriage rather than keep trying. Also, trying at a time where stress is so high is a lot harder than say at a time where things are more mellow and calm.
