thanks to my history with the older gran turismo games(3 & 4), i can explain away how to tune a car's suspension quite efficiently. increasing specs for the front loosens the rear. Ex. increase front camber=tends to oversteer(slide rear end out) but increasing rear does the opposite(understeer, where you turn, but the car keeps going straight). to balance a car, you need to find the middle ground for both front *and* rear. too much negative camber is bad, wearing tire edges heavily while also reducing straight-line grip, but not enough negative camber prevents full tire tread usage when cornering, but better straight-line grip. i recommend never using positive camber. springs too hard means the car bounces too roughly around a track, therefore decreasing grip. too soft springs means the car is more likely to bottom out, risking a full loss of control when the chassis hits the ground, or the bump stops are hit. not enough damping is similar to too much spring, where the car tends to bounce lots. too much damping also is bad, because the car cannot get the most out of its suspension travel for optimal grip. and tire type and width change those stats just as much as everything else does. if anyone has any questions about car tuning in games(or real life, to a degree), i will answer them to the best of my ability.
I did something similar with the same body before seeing this video, was a 1.7 litre v10 that went to 12k rpm. Made about 500 hp doe. Was also rear engined, I really loved that car.
