Went on the course for this but after doing 2 roof fast learned that your on your knees all day mine were killing. I jacked it and went to the glue down stuff or back to GPR

Turn your heatgun down a bit and take your time on the corner and covering buttstraps and your not pre welding anything you’re looking for at least 50 to 60 mm weld

Is it a pvc? Saw the bleed out on the last weld but it also seemed like his gun was on 10😂

Field sheet must be wrapped 4” down over the edge with the sheet metal flashing installed over field sheet to assure attachment. Sheet metal flange then stripped in with 8” wide heat weld strip.
This work must be stripped off and reworked.

Buttstrap goes under your drip not just welded to the face. Lack of corner detail to raggle. Upstart should be barred down with field sheet then coverstrip. Good effort for your first attempt thankfully not my roof 😂

Your welding a little too quick, especially your pre welds. Turn that your welder down to 7 and go half your current speed.

I have just replaced a single ply roof,15 years old. The product itself was good, but the decking underneath had rotted and not safe to work on and there was 2 cuts on the upstand.

Sounds like a condensation issue. Did you add insulation?
