Lazy investing does not equal low returns.
Looked pretty low to me.
@@goodfamily5815what's a good return for u?
@goodfamily5815 that's because you're looking at Crypto. 8% is good. 5% is still reasonable.
The fact were watching this makes us a lazy investor haha
I don’t like the basic 3 fund portfolio, I’d rather do a growth etf (something like QQQ), a foundational etf (VOO), and a decent dividend etf (SCHD) as you get older you can move things around but when you are far out of your retirement or goals bonds are a waste imo unless if you are super scared of risk
That’s similar to what I’m doing. SCHG, SCHD, and VOO. Is there a certain percentage people say to split up this portfolio into or am I fine just going 33% all throughout?
I’ve got 80% VTI, VXUS & VIG + 4-5 Bluechips for the remaining 20%
@@JC-hk5zy I have more confidence in US Market, so for three fund I would go
60 US, 30 International, 10 Dividends
Depends on your age, if you're in your 20-30s you're probably be in a good spot with 33% across the 3. As you get older you might want to start shifting away from SCHG and making it a smaller percentage of your portfolio and put more into SCHD and VOO, I'd lean into SCHD more though.@@JC-hk5zy
@@macsc5497 That's pretty good too, I am not a fan of international stocks overall since the way I see it a lot of the companies in the SP500 are already dealing with international consumers so I think they indirectly or directly depending how you see it are already in that market. Overall though it seems good, happy to see no bonds, too early for that I think if we're far out
Just go super lazy VTI 100 Percent. Set it and forget it and you will be a millionaire.
I didn't know my beginning stages will call it "lazy". I question what are you selling to use such a verbiage
Calling a 3 fund portfolio 'lazy' or 'beginning investor' is a dis-service to its advantages, scalability, and useful to an investor throughout their life (both in the growth/gathering and the spend down phases). Useful stat on 20 year CAGR returns of the 3 fund portfolio.
i like stocks.
I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 275K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities
Hi , please who is the expert assisting you and how do I reach out to them?
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up online and I would say she really does have an impressive background on investing
This is me
Any opinions on REITs instead of international?
looked into REITs. 10% REIT 10% BND was an idea I had but I’m no expert. keep VTI
Lazy portfolio should be 2 fund! One global stock etf and one global aggregate bond etf
