This is lovely. I love it when the stuttered Peace tr-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ain vocal build up comes in and it drops into the slow part. When I first heard this on Junior's Live Vol. 2 CD, I had not heard the full length mix which had the house intro and buildup until several years later. At the time, I didn't know about these Junior mixes with the dropouts into the slow portion, like the k.d. lang "Theme From The Valley Of The Dolls".
All i can say about this song is MAN does this bring back so MANY memories of my clubbing days...!!! I was quite "the dish" back then and i usually don't go around tooting my own horn. What the hell happened to this old queen now i'll never know...;) LOL
How about Miss Dolly who wrote the most beatiful sond ever for a movie and then sung in another by the late greatesest miss Whitney and over a technicality it couldn't be nominated for an Oscar SHAME ON THE ACADEMY but here she is singing a great Car Stevens song and turning it out beautiful words and beautifully sung was great to hear that dj with the balls to play it in the clubs Love you Dolly
I love the start and end of this track 2 mins 31 seconds is amazing I wish that sound carried on the whole way through rather than the massive vocal break .
