I love this pure ambience drive very much - it is so beautiful and relaxing to me - I even began to create videos with my own moments, trying to preserve the moods for me and an audience. Take care and stay healthy.

nah Dayton is bigger than what people think, people only say it’s small because we only have around 140K inhabitants in the city limits alone. Its a medium-large type city but the issue is Dayton Does not have many houses devolved in certain areas of the city limits. 30 percent of Dayton city limits is farmland / rural and wooded areas. the metro area is kinda big tbh, if Dayton metro has a population over 900k & Montgomery county has a population over 500k alone then that’s not very small to me at least. It’s places in Dayton I never stepped foot in & im actually from Dayton, not the Dayton area or the suburbs. Dayton peak population was between 200K - 300K so Dayton can’t be a small city. A small city or Large town would be 50K population or under
@@LilChiefMoe7 idk about other people but I don't say Dayton is bigger than it is, I just say it looks like it would be bigger. I got the population measure before I seen more parts of the city, so I never just assumed a population. The metro has a lot of population still, but I was talking about the city itself. The roads are built for the population though, only having 3 thru lanes. Some cities have better ways of spreading out jobs and not putting them all in one area, which makes less traffic and rush our is not rush our. Louisville, KY doesn't even have but 2-3 through lanes but traffic is still good. I think every interstate and most roads though should have at least 4 thru lanes so they can close to do roadwork, then they have two lanes on the other side for each direction
Not to be overly happy for the mileage visit. Dayton seems like an good old country city. I must visit I am a Clevelander. Not too many people understand the passion and art in accelerated focused driving. Some will think you must be a trained racer. Well I am a TH-camr head fan and a Mileage Mike fan and it is exciting to catch this fresh off the press. Keep going Mike and most of all thanks to TH-cam for great relaxing and intriguing videos👍.

Beautiful drive along I 75 North Dayton OH
Wow...excellent drive thru Dayton! Did you know that I-75 thru Dayton crosses the Great Miami River 4 times within the city limits? Pretty crazy!
Yeah you don’t see that too often. So many river crossings by the same highway.
@@MileageMikeTravels and the same river too, is even less common
Awesome Ohio
Yes.
Nice video Ohio mike loved the interstate drive man
Man, you love that left lane. You ride it more than anything.
I've always noticed that in Mike's videos
Lol. You can’t see the cars behind me and slightly to the right. When the right lane is clear I get over.
Driving too fast!
I love Ohio.
I’ve been on this section so many times on my way home from Kings Island

Interesting
Franklin is South of Nashville, but wow
Dayton, Ohio looks bigger than it is, it surprises me with what the population is and how small the area of Dayton is (excluding the metro area).
Yeah a lot of these Midwest cities were much more significant in the mid-20th century and have been in a bit of a decline since then.

In the 1950’s, Dayton had 500,000 people
Man it took forever for them to add that third lane under US 35
Are you doing any drives on US 35 in dayton
Not on this trip
@@MileageMikeTravels Alright
More Dayton Downtown please. Drone of Downtown please. Thanks.

Hey, you got off at my exit.
Good portion of Dayton is bleak looking. Manufacturing exodus decades ago has left city in tatters
Kind of like all the other cities in the Rust Belt Region (Great Lakes and Midwest).
