Furthermore, location, location is key in real estate, +safety & proximity to shopping malls, CBD, and other amenities are huge selling points of Hillcrest Extension. Plus big plots along serviced paved roads with rainwater drainage system & Futher paved pedestrian walkways are in place. Nonetheless, the City and the state at large need more efforts to make suburbs more beautiful and economically viable for all.
They might be there but probably rebranded, and that is why am not so sure though. Nonetheless, many shopping spots have popped up, although kafubu mall and Dola hill are the biggest around that area

What happened to KAFUBU STATE DAIRY . it was nearly 50 km from the main town. And also Ndola dairy itawa ?

When I was there, there was only 2 shopping centres. CBC AND ZOK . Are these still there?
