Who ever decided to make the production black and white should be given a lifetime achievement award at the Tonys. This was the best decision for this show since Howard Ashman thought "Let's use bubble-gum pop for the songs."
Go see this show! I just saw it tonight and it was amazing. The performers are so talented. I used to live in NYC and the actors are as good as anyone I saw on Broadway.
