      I’ve never had a bad experience inside Tiffany’s they sell items starting at $40 (wine glasses) their staff has always been very welcoming and exciting especially when they learn it’s your first time in the store. They know how special every visit is to someone even if you are buying a less pricey item
      I hope you try a different location
      It’s really a magical place to experience

  • @lewisj2au
    @lewisj2au 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    The thing that Kills me about Tiffany's is they take an $8 piece of silver and sell it for over $300 and it's really not worth it. Your just paying for the name. A true Aluxer would purchase a bunch of scrap silver for $300 and flip it and triple his money. Then you take your hefty profit find an artisian jeweler and hire him to custom make a piece of jewelry for the fraction of the cost of a Tiffany. Then take your money you saved and invest that shit in another lucrative deal.

    • @JulieWallis1963
      @JulieWallis1963 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      lewisj2au so what you’re actually saying is you can’t afford anything from there.
      Fair enough, but don’t try to dress up your lack of success as anything other than envy.
      I love my Tiffany bracelet that my darling husband bought at Paris CDG airport.
      I don’t care if it’s only got $8 of silver in it, it gets compliments. As do my other artisan pieces.
      It’s not about the cost, it’s about the value. Learn the difference.

      Well, you pay too much for the brand and the quality is not always perfect. A local jeweler made a custom engagement ring, I could choose from a large variety of diamonds, different metals and settings.
      A comparable ring would have cost half more. Not that my love for fiancé wouldn’t be worth it, it’s priceless, but so I could some more weight on the stone. To me the most remarkable effect is, that the most important C is the cut, as it is responsible for the sparkle, you can be much more relaxed on the clarity and color. You can see the difference only with a magnifying glass or in comparison to another stone. So I have chosen an excellent Asscher cut, a vvs2 clarity and a G color in a platinum, 1,4 carat and it has a setting that is high enough for stacking a wedding band on it. I proposed on our roof top, where we sometimes watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The neighbors won’t forget the „yes“ as I will never forget that kiss.
      Ladies tell your spouses in spe to get the best quality, that’s a difference to the best marketing. Hopefully it’s soon for you. 😉

      @@cyrill3000 Tiffany and Co is not just expensive because of the brand name. They carefully choose the stones they put and the quality of the products.

    • @cyrill3000
      @cyrill3000 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ryokohonda4619 there are many reports, that the Kimberly process doesn’t have a sufficient trustability at all, the sourcing of diamonds and precious metals are an ecological disaster anyway. The goldsmith I bought the ring only uses lab grown diamonds (which are exactly the same material, has an excellent cut and a flawless clarity and has been made of vintage platinum jewelry. I have been allowed to see the melting process. 🤷‍♂️

    Diamonds are common but the sparkle and reflected light is best White with coloured Diamonds, most often, being more expensive. Now with the market catching up with created Diamonds which are sold at a less expensive price point. Even testing cannot tell which is which because created Diamonds real Diamonds,, just created in the Laboratory. Many Gems are rare and sport a price that suggests this. Many, more expensive than Diamonds.

To find out the real value of diamonds, check out the second-hand market... or try to trade-in your Tiffany diamond :P Good luck! :)

    • @dashanthonyflagg9562

      actually most Tiffany pieces are custom designs made exclusively for the brand and in limited number. Tiffany & Co will buy back any original piece pretty much close to what was paid for them. the stones they sell are top notch so no matter where they keep a majority of their value. and since their pieces are limited runs there is a very big market for vintage pieces. statement pieces regularly fetch more then what they were bought for. I know this because when my mother passed away we sold a couple dozen pieces back to Tiffany & Co and I think only 5 or 6 did we get less then what my parents paid for them. a few even getting over twice the price because of their rarity, the design/designer, and the selection of stones.
      ...Also the name is Tiffany & Co. not Tiffany's & Co or Tiffanies & co. there is no plural or possessive of the noun.

      gerald stone oh no no no the other errors on other videos I can understand. somehow they manage to butcher the pronunciation of almost every single car in their videos. but this? this is just you being a little bitch. have you never heard someone slightly shorten the full pronunciation of a word? it's fucking called speaking, and im sorry not everyone lives up to your insane standards of speech. seriously people like you need to stfu

    • @trainerstone
      @trainerstone 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I loathe attempting an intelligent conversation with trolls.
      People like me need to stfu? The sub-human using vulgarities,
      improper punctuation, attacking strangers, not using capitalization, etc. SHOULD stfu, but is too stupid to realize it.
      "My" insane standards of speech is called civil as opposed to
      lower-class trash; however, that's the type of language your exude.
      I'll try not to use too big of words and explain this one last time. I've wasted enough w/you. Your point of "shortening the full pronunciation of a word is quite different than what occurred here. It would be like pronouncing Ltd /ltid/- it's moronic like your point.
      I've seen the numerous complaints lodged against you and hope any future employer sees how you conduct yourself in a public format. I also know about your run in w/campus police about the attempted rape. Good luck getting out of that one. Post whatever you like underneath. I've wasted enough time w/your stupidity.
