Place 1 lvl 0 Ranger, and then 1 lvl 3 DJ Max DJ, place another lvl 0 Ranger. Place 2 lvl 3 Accelerators, and place 5 lvl 0 Rangers. Upgrade Rangers to lvl 2, and the Rangers near DJ to lvl 3. Just spam max Accelerators while also maxing Rangers.
