Do routes, they grant TM's when you complete them.
Not charge tms tho. The secret is 3 star raids you can do them on your own and they are guaranteed charge tms.
All the other means aren't guaranteed
They should just remove TMs and let us freely swap moves. Keep elite TMs for special moves if you must, but why should we be walled from freely changing moves. You can even do that in main series games now.
