In 2:45 and later is looks like hit markers for hitting Zis-3 AT guns is popping up before shell hit the target ;) Good job guys, can't wait to see more of your hard work 👍
My suggestion is to add more weight to the vehicles. I can only talk for the tiger here, as it's the vehicle shown. By this I mean make them slower, make the turret move slower and reduce the acceleration speed. This will add realism and make the tank seem more powerful.
I really really hope they add some customization. Maybe camos with customizable colors for like 10-20 bucks maybe. That'd be hella fire. I'd use it to make the most invisible tank ever.
I didn't see the presence of the infantry. the tank with a weight 57t can easily moves through the swamp? Why the crewmember speaking in English? It should be in German or I missed something?
@@DeGeneralsOfficial Nope, Just general Feel, All "Arcade" like Tank stuff has been done to death. From Warthunder/WOT/Battlefield V Im after a DCS world but with tanks, I want to have to warm up the fuel pump on my T55-A before Starting ignition. Alas there is no game on the market for such.
@@julmdamaslefttoe3559 We won't reach such depth as DCS for sure, it is not our target nor design right now. We rather want to focus to deliver game with working combined arms AI, campaign system, destructible vehicles (and repairable) instead of focusing solely on simulation mechanics - thats just something we decided to leave for future if base game is interesting enough. What you see now is work in progress and will be changed, from UI to vehicle acceleration times to ballistics etc.
With the way it was advertised before I thought it would have a decent sense of realism but it just seems to be too arcadey, there’s no point in spending 15-25 usd on the early access for a far more arcadey world of tanks.
Hey there, what elements here you see as too arcadey? Right now we are adding some settings for the game to disable UI and add features to allow adding more sim/realism to the gameplay - but remember we are not making hardcore simulator - if that is what we advertised then we must have made a mistake somewhere. Our focus is to create the game with managing your force pool and taking it to battle in coop. The stage of development we are in just does not have all planned features that we want to add, but thats the progress showcase - please tell me more about what exactly you find misleading here
@@DeGeneralsOfficial explosions are far too huge, the tiger accelerates far too fast, and t-34s can eat multiple shells from 88mm aphe… if that’s not arcadey then I have no clue what is, also hit markers are one of the main things that make this arcadey
@@johnjimmy8385 The ballistics system is still not yet finished, we have few errors still that make this look like T34 has HP - it does not. We have reported situations that sometimes T34 requires few shots and other times just one - it's just system in progress and thats the state now :( About VFX - few are still place holders but we are expanding the base of the explosions, can you please link/tell us what kind of explosions would you review as realistic? Acceleration times - yep, thats still to tweak and totally not finished
this game has the potential to be interesting, if the singleplayer missions are varied and interesting to play and with that the management of armor and their inclination is well managed , then I think this game could be interesting to play, no need whether it is a simulation pushed in the smallest details with all the interior of the instruments in the tanks etc.. I do not think that the goal of this game is to be a pure simulation? anyway just see what it gives a pure simulation like the game "Tank crew" unfortunately this game is not finalized, a lot of things are missing, mobile infantry is missing, the terrain is not really realistic for tank combat, it lacks realistic places, vegetation, trenches and lots of things that seem present in Tank squad, although this game is not a pure simulation. and as for games like world of tank and war thunder, i'm sorry but these games have nothing interesting in singlepayer and in multiplayer there is nothing realistic, tanks and weapons of after war face tanks from the 2nd world war, there is nothing realistic in it and their policy is anyway to make players pay to obtain more powerful tanks which are ultimately useless. so I sincerely think that Tank squad has the potential to offer a good tank combat game, easy to use and interesting. It's been a long time since we've been able to test a new tank game, I can't wait to test it. on the other hand, I hope that this English voice which constantly says "ready" will be replaced by a German voice :)
Keep up the good work guys! Looks promising!

I think this looks cool. I would love to see some artillery, fighters, and bombers to add to the atmosphere.

Nobody:
Warthunder players: 🗿
j'ai hâte !
too Arcady for my likes
name it? GHPC isnt even a Pre alpha. and again wont be a true sim like DCS.
@@remu_remu What do you mean? War Thunder and World of Tanks, both arcade tank games, have been out for ages.
Is it about UI?

Sorry but even "arcadey" tank games are rare now, so stfu

Yeah, this looks bad. Up the realism.
Can I have more context here? There are plenty areas where we can add more realism but your comment does not specify it
@afmo500 Screw off, youre the reason we dont get tank games anymore
"we are not making hardcore simulator" - that explains everything. Yet another clone of the WoT.
World of Tanks copy
Sure we just ctrl+c ctrl+v the WoT folder into Unity project and we call it a day
