It legit might have been. Many of the skins have taken well over a year from idea conception to release. Like the Forsaken skins were first put into development in February 2020. Almost a 14-15 month dev time by the time they were actually put into the game.
Think of that for a second, the game is almost out for a year. And we are barely getting content that was put into development after the games released. Makes me wonder what kind of content has been in development we just don’t know about.

I think there was about 10 - 15% minima gameplay in this video

I personally really like the skins. From the mini projector at the ADS, to the yellow/white accents around the guns. I also really like the skin just for its simplicity, helps you focus more on your game rather than your skin.
