    BigSuper,
there is one particular thing that I always notice in your videos… you are not hesitant to give an individual, establishment or business a shout out and I love this about your channel because this simple gesture is slowly putting us on the map as a parish more and more.
Your video brought back so much memories because I used to walk from Port Morant to Pear Tree River as a child (I’m happy you didn’t cut out the walk) we used to break cane on our way, make fun of the mad man that lived under the bridge then we’d make that immediate left turn after the bridge as a lil short cut where we’d come back on the main road where you were pointing out the drainage system for the water when it rained plus there are many many more memories to include hopping onto the tractors when they were passing.
I appreciate the highlight that you gave Port Morant, Pear Tree River and Standpipe Café and Wholesale in particular, I really appreciate it. Continue to do what you’re doing and may the lord continue to bless you and give you strength, courage and determination to carry on 🙏🏽
You are always welcomed at the Standpipe Café and Wholesale Biggs, whether you’re stopping to enjoy a cup of porridge, some fried dumplings, a piece of sweet chili chicken, a case of dragon, a cool flavoured Splash, a bag of charcoal, a tin of sausage, a 5 gallon bottle of oil, a snack, a case of Bigga, whatever the case maybe, you’re welcome 🤝🏾
Special shout-out to our managing director Bianka 🫡.
    Best regards,
    Standpipe Café and Wholesale

Really, really enjoyed this video😊. Brought back so many memories of walking to Port Morant Primary School from Pear Tree River every school day. Going down that long hill and then having to climb the hill after the bridge to go home. The roads were good then too! And there were many short cuts we would take too. And don’t let the rain catch you 😂. We would sometimes shelter under banana leaves 😂Thank you for bringing back those memories

Big super, i have to comment The place where you' saw the 1st pear tree that's the Methodist church and the school was kept in the church for years. The original church building was demolished & replaced with the new building.
In later years the new school was built.
Big super, I journey with you all the way. Memories of the years in the fifties to sixties that a few friends and i made that walk from the Methodist church to port morant school which was located further down.
Thanks for making this video, I enjoyed walking the journey with you. Continue with your good work. Guidance Big super. Very interesting journey. The old old village, my birthplace PEAR TREE RIVER LOOKS THE SAME. BLESSINGS.
