On The Butterfly Tour at Perth she have had the same issue, a little bump on her stomach, compares to Sydney her stomach was flat, she is a human, it really depend on what you eat and one point that could be codein because it can cause these kind of issues too, if she have taken codein for her vocal cords her food will be stuck in her stomach for a day or two
