Regarding the MP mode, many land battle ppl are extremely annoyed at the efficacy of players endlessly refusing to engage in order to win, so adding a very slow capture point to force engagements has actually been requested by many people
Bugman would make a great legendary hero that gives the lords army great buffs against greenskins and could have a bonbardment spell where he drops Bugmans brew on the enemy He also gives great buffs to rangers of course
Bugman is a great opportunity for a Groms Cauldron like system where he brews different beer batches that buff his army in different ways, or even effects economics or diplomacy. Making him a hero would be a massive waste.
@@Polaris1990 Yeah, dude's calmed down and grown up massively. I would have probably left if he'd stayed the same person he was in 2015 or 2016. Volound is like the evil opposite, and has gotten significantly more angry, bitter, and mean over the years.
I usually do a Grungni stack early and concentrate on growth instead, because money is not an issue, when you have free buildings. You can also use the stack for battles too.
Do flying units actually do increased damage (or boosted stats) while on "higher ground"? One would assume they have the maximum "high ground" bonus no matter what side of the hill they are firing at you from... 🤷♂️
I like how Legend is saying "no way" factions traverse the map to come to him, I'm playing a MP game as Manfred and I sent a Wight north to meet Vlad and Heinrich, joined Stirland's war against the Deceivers and they walked all the way down to Khemri to attack me. Ignoring the other player who is playing Elspeth...
They don’t have many enemies those guys they seem to love moving around I had a similar thing happen to me 😂 you can imagine my surprise when it bit me in the backside
Didn’t CA say thanquol and toddy are for sure coming to the game, how would we only have cathay v ogres, DOW, and then neferata and nagash left, that isn’t technically 4 as you’ve said before so maybe that means thanquol v toddy?
Hi Legend, a bit late to the party, but just one remark. As you suspected, the rumour about the Slaanesh/High Elves/Dark Elves DLC is indeed fanfic. As a result, we are never focusing more on evil/Chaos factions, because they are simply not popular enough. People prefer order, so we are either trying order/order/chaos or order/neutral/chaos. In this case, that DLC would be terrible, because the two factions are very similar to each other, so the potential customer pool would be even smaller. You already know the other two lords that would have accompanied the Masque: Monkey King and Golfgag. So the Slaanesh one got simply removed, in order to cut down expenses/development time and because the demons and Slaanesh in particular is very unpopular.
More people complain about Order/Order-Tide than anything else. While it's true that a ton of people play Empire and only Empire - despite being the least interesting faction as it is basically like Empire: Total War the historical game - that doesn't mean Order is "popular." People would play more of the "evil" factions if more effort were put into them. The Chaos Dwarfs were a massive success after their launch; as were the Tomb Kings and Vampire Coast. More people were playing Tamurkhan than anything else after this last one.
If you're part of the development team that's kinda a sad assessment of the situation. I don't think the fan base prefers order over chaos, rather they prefer specific order factions (like empire) over other factions. To remove potential chaos faction DLC based on this seems silly.
@@saltedllama2759 Chaos Dwarfs performed below expectations. Tamurkhan is actually the least popular campaign, with Elspeth being the best-selling one.
why you always sell settlements legend ? it kills the fun when you do that. also so many lords looks bad and inefficient. you playing so inefficiently these days. please consider playing efficiently like used to be.
In what regard do you mean by this. Playing efficient long domination campaigns does not hold viewer retention. Legend has also answered these live. Reckless is more fun than safe.
@@barrymacdonald3439 is this reckless gameplay ? this is more like cowardly play. selling every settlement and making every front safe is the opposite of fun gameplay. i rather see fun games than this cowardly gameplay so I agree on that statement.
If there is going to be a TW in Middle-Earth, we all know it will be "Rings of Power", so no thanks. As for the Warhammer license, IT'S WOKEHAMMER!, IT IS WOKE HAMMER! GOOD DAY, BIGOT! No personal insults are intended in this post, if you do, it is your own fault.
Franz and Thorgrim, feels good to see these guys again.
Bro you're so cool your answers to questions are always somehow perfect.

It's also making tournament organization very tedious with lots of fuzzy rules to enforce.

Man... I used to think Legend was such an A-hole, but after years of watching him read out the dumbest superchats I can completely understand.
Tbf he’s also just much less of an asshole than he used to be

For reference, it's somewhere around the 9:00 mark that legend mentions this.

Ik this is an old live stream but I've never seen the ancestors fury pop on in my thorgrim campaign
Thorgrim is the Karl Franz of dwarfs

That thumbnail goes hard af frfr
45:25 Legend of Total Happiness 🤣
I tried this campaign. Bonerattlers defeated Karak Kadrin on turn 7. And then everything on my borders decleared war.
Man, i want Ying ying instead of Li Dao.
Those bugged out gyrocopters are painful
man parenting is going to be comfortable territory for you, you've already got the "dont push your luck" dad voice down already
Can confirm that baiting Skarsnik out alone early game is no longer viable after patch 5.2.3 AI rework, sadly
2:12:10 i know for a fact he came in his pants right at that moment
I haven’t seen this in any playthrough, can miners with blasting charges throw them off the walls?
yes they do
The ogres are fun and strong imo its just both their LL kinda suck
Azskrag, the slaughterator
Haven't played in literally years, what does "Ironman" do to Legendary? isn't it always Ironman by default?
BEARD!!!!! It's been a while.
Damn that bugged battle with Gyros made me want to garnogger
On public order. Don't the bonuses you get for staying off the edge of revolt make it worth it to stay as "out of the red" as possible?
Total War : Emu Wars?
That is what I have been talking about
SHORT?!?!
3:49:35 for the start of war crimes hehe
That Gyrobomber's voicework is more annoying than Kazyk...
Yeah, sounds like an old drunk Schwarzenegger under heart attack.
Another grudge settled! Almost...
Joseph Bugmann is legendary hero at best. He is no lord
Is it me or gyrocopters armies looks super boring?
Not necessarily boring but garniggering yes absolutely
I mean what is or isn't boring is subjective.
Want to watch but TH-cam is being stupid again shortened your stream to four hours and reloading is not working
short1!?
SHORT?!
It’s good now
It's up now
