In 50 years of being in and around motocross/supercross, and spending the mid to late 70s chasing the dream, I can say with confidence that this is the best 34 minutes I have ever witnessed.
You gave us a clearer view of some of the deep talent on the team (Josh H. & most importantly, what I believe is the most insightful man in the industry, Big James).
You all were able to capture the physical brutality and the herculean psychological load these young men carry.
I am also impressed with their polite demeanor when well-meaning cliches are bantered around them at a time when they are thinking, "Oh please stop talking for a minute, for you couldn't comprehend what I am going through after that brutal crash. My fight or flight mechanism is stuck wide open, and every cell in my body is screaming "die."
We know the solid, competent men around them are doing the right thing by encouraging and distracting them in order to get their heads out of that dark place and back into the moment, but sometimes after a really violent digger (which often causes far more injury than it appears), some silence could be better for a bit, but we’re all different, and these team managers and coaches are geniuses in the head part of this ruthless sport.
Coming out of the manufacturing industry, I can confidently say that these polite young riders are hesitant to say,
"You know this new model's chassis and suspension may have been easier and less expensive to machine, fabricate and assemble, which is important, and it really is better in various ways, but there is something that is just "off" when blitzing the whoops. It's almost impossible to communicate, but I have been on dirtbikes since I could walk, and there is a real danger here that I can instinctively feel, and it is messing with my head and breaking my concentration at times. If we don’t get this violence quieted down, it will hurt me and everyone else who throws a leg over this bike".
As much as it really pleases me that Josh is contributing, and I think he is a tremendous asset, he is also somewhat of a savant on a dirt bike and could possibly have the innate ability to deal with some subtle design issues that his talent just overcomes naturally compared to the current racers.
Sometimes I wonder if Corporate in Europe says, “Well, our GP guys here aren’t having any issues in such and such an area, so why are you all struggling?
As I throw on my Kepner-Tregoe hat, I wonder at times if Baker’s Factory needs one more track that never gets groomed. I believe subtle core strength and multi-directional muscle memory do not develop unless the riders are practicing on a seriously junked-out surface. I believe if someone can ride on something similar to the surface of the moon and only average 21 mph that the smooth-groomed tracks, as I often see in Claremont, are never an issue (IMO).
I believe that some muscles need to be challenged by a myriad of side forces that the current exercise machines and road bicycles will never fully address. Only charging through a ratted-out track can strengthen these muscles in the more global, multi-axis manner that this sport alone demands, particularly at the end of the race (IMO).
We all know the Europeans cut their teeth on, and now practice on surfaces that many wouldn’t even be interested in riding, yet racing on. European practice tracks look more like a WW1 French battlefield than a race track.
Subtle skills and strengths are developed when one is conditioned to race something closer to the end of the race than the beginning.
Now may I address the Elephant in our living room?
False neutrals have plagued the industry for three-quarters of a century, and it’s long past due to eliminate this huge direct and indirect liability.
I fully understand the cost of addressing this challenge; however, I’m confident there will be many direct (more races won) and indirect (less injury by the pros and less litigation in the field) to more than justify the expense.
I’m sorry this turned into such a long comment, but I felt I needed to say what needed to be said.
This company is truly a gem within our industry, so I say none of this from spite but a sincere care for these young riders and a desire for a great company to get even greater...

It is a Pro class. There really shouldn't be any restrictions other than engine size.
