I have had another request , this time to build a Gatling gun and put it on a tank of some kind. After a bit of testing I build a lightweight Gatling tank. Discord / discord
If you remap your taskbar to other buttons, you can set up a second WASD setup on another part of your keyboard... IE: Scrapman has TFGH as his 1-4, the arrow buttons as his 5-8 and R and Y as his 9 and 0... makes for more intuitive VTOL controls, and might make your tank-mounted gattling gun easier to drive AND control your aim at the same time... You decide where to put the secondary WASD'esque aim controls, so it could be OKL; if you want... this just means you'll have both hands on your keyboard.
Nice Gatling Tank! I made one a while back and never had shown anyone. Maybe I still have my world that has it. I think yours is faster than mine lol. Great video Staynz
to stop the recoil I would have to put one one each barrel and then it will be to heavy to spin up fast I think , the best way to stop recoil ( or the gun lifting ) will be to shoot 2 barrels at the same time on opposite sides of the gun

@@tay2062 I do not understand logical blocks, how they work together with senzors and controllers ... Probably I should learn how everything works in a scrap mechanic. And then for 8 months I have been playing this great game, and still don't understand it and I do everything according to the tutorials ... (sorry for the importunity)

all true but I found it triky with the keys I chose and the buttons are simple when you not a gumby like me some times

6:59 use suspension to help with the recoil (put the suspension between the sensors and the things that spin)

@@tay2062 Or maybe add a small rocket Engine which will activate when you shoot, countering recoil.

use four logic blocks because is shoot really fast and still you can use that gearbox thing to make is spin
I would have to build a timer for each barrel then because I did not want them all to shoot at the same time
@Staynz put the movement of the gun on controllers instead of engines so it will turn slowly and not rapidly
yes but then the gun is only set a two points , which wont give you much aiming ability

it very simple one button / electric motor to turn one Bering . that will make you go one way then you can do the same to go the other

the controller is also very simple its just set to loop . like you would make any wheel or drill turn
