they should make doctor more like a scary strategist when battling. This anime lose the shine of doctor because to focus on battle. Where the part when doctor doing commanding was skipped
nah it's more like a gender neutral voice similar to shounen mc like Naruto, not saying that DOKUTAH is 100% male though. For all we know that "thing" could either be both instead.
