on your number 22 flash instead of flasing straight to catwalk on your left,throw it behind the little step on your right and peek with it behind your back against the Ts on Catwalk while they are turning around. You can also stand next to those double boxes and throw the flash against the wall in front of you and it will pop also behind your back and you can peek with it against top mid.

There is one more which i saw in navis match done by markeloff at ct spawn left hand side the two boxes to reach the stairs so u can throw a flash on the edge of the box as it will hit the greneade ans go up near the stairs

With these nades u just have to do geometry and guess where it will blow/flash/smoke and its ok.
