You can't get the Mangekyo directly, but you can get jutsu LIKE the mangekyo, like kamui bond from kakashi DMS, and kamui climax from Obito, if you want rinnegan abilities a direct rinnegan ability comes form adult sasuke, uts called heavenly hand power and it makes it so you switch places with the target your locked on to, also both kamui bond and climax make it so your invincible to all attacks except the following: Kamui, kamui lightning blade, kamui shuriken, Karma linchpin (wild), and abilities that require rinnegan such as the following jutsu: Heavenly hand power, universal pull, almighty push (I think), inferno style flame lightning, and there's also the Gedo statue that breaks it as well
