Ylang in Gold has my heart as well 💛 A beautiful, beautiful scent. It vibes well with a linen/cotton outfit with a little weaved sun hat, rattan bag, and sunglasses. It’s a year-round perfume for me, but there’s something special about it when I wear it on a sunny day ☀️👒

I love coconut fragrances, so thank you for sharing these great options!❤❤ For anyone who can't find Bois de Vanille because it's sold out so often, it is a dupe of Serge Lutens Un Bois Vanille - you can sometimes find the 1.69 oz bottle for similar to the price of Bois de Vanille, or Dua has a good dupe called A Vanillac Wood. I actually have both Bois de Vanille and A Vanillac Wood, and a slightly prefer Dua's version.
Un Bois Vanille is a great one as well! I used to own that one, Bois de Vanille smells quite different to my nose :)

Great video! I've had my eye on a couple of these. I've got a few coconut fragrances I lean towards: Blanche Bete, Moonlight in Heaven, Ylang in Gold, and Gris Charnel (in Fall/Winter) 💕

Great list! My go-to for a coconut fragrance in the summer is Arquiste's Sydney Rock Pool. It reminds me slightly of Arizona Bloom in that it has that salty/mineral/coconut vibe. I live for it in the summer, would bathe in it if I could! I also think Nest's Sunkissed Hibiscus is a good alternative for Utopia Vanilla Coco with the mix of white florals and coconut.
Ylang in Gold has my heart as well. It is definitely in my top 5. ❤

I love you so much for posting this! I’m a crazy coconut and vanilla lover! I wore Bois De Vanille yesterday and could not stop smelling myself!!! I’m so in love with it. I started searching the web looking for a backup bottle 😂😂😂 I had planned to go to Sephora today to purchase Miami Nectar! I smelled it last weekend and it’s the most refreshing scent. It smells like a beach vacation. I’m leaving for the Bahamas next week and I must have it 😅

Utopia does get so many compliments. I was surprised because none of my other Kayalis do. I loved it before I wore it out and got compliments, but the compliments are the bonus cherry on top of the already delicious fragrance. You have me wanting to try the Floral Street. I can't wear the Ylang in Gold, which made me a lil' bummed because I really wanted to love it. It smelled like overripe about to spoil fruit on me. :(

@@heavenjb it definitely is not a big projector. I get pretty decent wear out of it though. It’s clean and pretty, but not a beast. It’s on sale at Sephora right now!

Have you tried out anything from the City Rhythm brand? I just ordered a full bottle of Puerto Rico by them after sampling and I think it’s my new go to tropical fragrance! Also have St John USVI on the way 😍 would love to hear your reviews on these!!
I have! I haven't fallen in love with one yet, but they did have a lot that I liked from their line :) I haven't tried Puerto Rico though!
Did you need to let your Quissa Pink macerate very long? I got it a few weeks ago it’s just not very strong at all. Letting it sit hoping some of the sweeter scents and florals will come through. Love Miami Nectar and Ylang in Gold is a must have!
I just added Ellis Brooklyn Fawn and Guerlain Terracotta both great and unique coconut scents too!
I let it sit for a month :) It's not a strong perfume to me either, I get about 4 hours with an intimate projection.

I feel the luckiest person to be able to snatched the only/last Bois de vanille from fragbar maybe two months ago, I do love it it’s so classy mature vanilla, so high quality worth and tha price is so so great.

I am not a fan of coconut fragrances, to me they smell like straight up hawaian tropic ou malibu alcool but I received the flowerbomb tiger lily and I have to say, this is my new summer fragrance, the one I will bring we me to europe in september . It is really good!

Recently bought Miami Nectar. IDKW happens, but the dry down on me smells like cologne. Leans too masculine for me. I love the opening.

I got a sample of Ylang in Gold. I do not like it. To me it smells like old vintage fragrance that I remember smelling as a kid. It is not ethereal or even nice smelling. It smells musty and just bad. I couldn't even smell any coconut. Bora Bora on the other hand is beautiful..
